Sharjah Ruler opens National Career Exhibition
HH Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah opened the 12th National Career Exhibition at the Expo Centre in Sharjah. The exhibition, which runs until next Friday, is sponsored by Integrated Telecom service provider ’Du’.The inauguration ceremony was attended by HH Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, HE Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Ghurair, Speaker of the Federal National Council, directors of various government departments, and members of the diplomatic corps and trade associations.
Following the traditional ribbon-cutting marking the opening of the exhibition, the ruler, accompanied by senior officials toured the exhibition and was briefed on the efforts of various organisations including banks, financial institutions and insurance firms to employ citizens in various fields.
National Career Exhibition Sharjah has grown to establish itself as a must-attend career show with public and private sector employers showcasing current and future employment and staffing needs with a strong focus on Emiratization. With the presence of several local luminaries and many other leading organizations adding to the scope and size of the event, it is clear that the future of nationalization is in good hands.
