Fun, thrills, and costumes at Al Montazah
Sharjah’s number one waterpark and entertainment hotspot, Al Montazah Amusement and Water Park, was a hive of colourful activity over the past weekend as young and old streamed through the popular destination’s gates in their most imaginative fancy-dress costumes.
Visitors came from all over Sharjah and beyond to experience Al Montazah’s first ever costume extravaganza and take part in the fun.
The four-day event saw the young thoroughly enjoy themselves in the art corner, burn off some energy during special dance classes, try the fun filled games like musical chairs, a balloon relay, and imaginary basketball, and, of course, slip and slide on the park’s range of exciting water rides.
The recently renovated Al Montazah Park (formerly known as Al Jazeera Park) is spread over an impressive 126,000 square metres, and offers thrilling water rides and a lavish leisure park in the heart of the city.
