GCC Human Resources & Labor Market Executive Conference To Be Launched On Sunday Under the Patronage Of The Crown Prince Of Sharjah

Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, activities of the 5th GCC HR & Labor Market Executive Conference will start next Sunday. Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the conference’s organizer, announced the agenda of the activities which will take place on the 15th and 16th of this month under the slogan “Gulf Human Capital, a Promising Wealth” in collaboration with the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Federation of GCC Chambers and Arab Labor Organization. The conference will witness 5 major sessions in two days with the participation of a number of decision makers and business leaders from UAE and GCC as well as elite representatives of the biggest foundations in the private sector of Gulf labor market. The final draft of the statement “Recommendations and Documentation of Experiences” will be announced at the end of the conference. Attractive Environment Khaled bin Butti , Director General of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry stated that the UAE in general and the Emirate of Sharjah in particular, Launched its successful path with the the vision and guidance of the wise leadership to build the structure of its cadres and qualify them. He added that the business and investment environment is GCC is considered as one of the best environment to attract human cadres Sustainable investment Khalid bin Butti said that without emphasizing on the importance of human capital , the society could not witness growth in any commercial, industrial and carrier sectors. Private Sector Role Abdul Rahim AL Naqi, Secretary General of the Federation of Chambers of GCC stated that HE Jameel Bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labor of the Kingdom of Bahrain, current chairman of the GCC Ministers of Labour will attend the 5th session of the conference, which will also witness a participation of a large number of expert as well as representatives of the ministries and foundations from private and governmental sector. Work Papers Mariam Saif Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General for Logistics at Sharjah Chamber, pointed out that the last four sessions of GCC Human Resources and Labour Market Executive Conference is considered as one of the supreme events that discussed the ways of enhancing the role of Gulf private sector in developing human resources. Al Shamsi stated that SCCI with the collaboration of other entities will hold its conferences under the slogan “Gulf Human Capital, a Promising Wealth” to emphasize on the importance of developing the Gulf business communities and enhancing their economic role in society. |
