Sharjah Police General Directorate, in cooperation with Emirates Auction, the leading public and online auction company in the Middle East, launched the third batch of distinguished vehicle number plates through a direct sale. 100 vehicle number plates from the category 3 will be available through the direct sale, which include 50 four-digit numbers and 50 five-digit numbers. This is the third time that Sharjah distinguished number plates have been sold through a direct sale to the public.

Brigadier General Saif Mohammed Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, stated that the Sharjah Police General Directorate has launched the new batch of numbers from category 3 through a direct sale, which includes 100 distinguished vehicle number plates, in order to provide the best services to all members of the community who wish to purchase vehicle plates with unique numbers. He added Sharjah Police General Directorate hopes to provide the highest quality services to the public of the Emirate, in accordance with the highest global standards of quality, excellence and best practices.

His Excellency Al Shamsi stated that the Sharjah Police General Directorate's initiative to launch this unique batch of distinguished vehicle number plates through a direct sale, in cooperation with the Emirates Auction, reflects the eagerness of Sharjah Police in ensuring the happiness of citizens and residents by launching community and development initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and meet their needs and expectations.

Omar Matar Al Mannaei, Executive Director of Emirates Auction, stated that offering 100 new numbers in the direct sales method with 50 four-digit and 50 five-digit numbers for the third time in Sharjah is a source of happiness for Emirates Auctions. This comes as a continuation of the success that Emirates Auctions has achieved through organizing auctions in the past years whether through public, online auctions or direct sales method. Emirates Auction has received great admiration and request from those wishing to acquire distinguished number plates for their vehicles because of how easy it is to get the numbers they want.

Al Mannaei said that dealers can view the numbers offered for direct sale through the website of the company: www.EmiratesAuctions.com or through its smartphone application that can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google play or visit the customer service center of Emirates Auction, which is located in the Sharjah Traffic Department- Al Ramtha.

Al Mannaei also called on lovers of distinguished number plates to look at the numbers and book them before they are sold. He added that the prices offered by direct selling are reasonable prices for all and characterized by their gradation and variety. The prices of the distinguished numbers available for direct sale range between AED 2500 TO AED 10000. The most prominent numbers are (1267), (2177), (7511), (8908), (42100) (11616), (45100), (60555) and many other distinguished numbers.
