H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President's Representative, has congratulated the Emirates Heritage Club on winning the Sharjah International Award for Cultural Heritage.

"We dedicate the recognition to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his encouragement of the club and supporting its role in preserving the country's heritage," said H.H. Sheikh Sultan, who is also the Chairman of the Emirates Heritage Club.

He extended thanks to H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah for establishing this prestigious prize, which, he said, contributes to the efforts being made nationwide to maintaining the heritage of the UAE and educating future generations about parents' and forefathers' cultural legacy.
