In a qualitative jump forward for Police mission, Sharjah Police Commander-in-Chief Major Humaid Mohammed Al Hadidi has launched the GIS based Incident Reporting System.

GIS based Incident Reporting System pinpoints the 999 caller’s exact location without giving more information about his whereabouts. The system immediately transfers the incident report to a web-based monitor of the nearest police patrol to the site. The system guides the police vehicle to the location of the incident and the shortest road to it.

The system empowers the police forces to deliver their core mission of preserving security and stability and delivering on-time service.
