"Annual Spring Camp 2013" At Sharjah Ladies Club

Different facilities at Sharjah Ladies Club are ready to host the “Annual Spring Camp 2013” sponsored by the Baby shop. The program will include different camps and activities which are aimed in providing fun and educational times for children in spending a useful vacation and will run for the period of 3 weeks starting from 24th March until 11th April. This comes as part of the various activities and camps calendar held at the club during various seasons.

The camp will be holding various activities, where Basateen Preschool Center is holding the “Spring Breeze” children program starting from 31st March – 11th April and will be introducing several activities such as creative activities, mini artist activities, little chef, and many more for a period of 5 days in a week, Sunday – Thursday.

On another hand, the Sports department will be also holding the spring camp in the same period, including activities such as arts & crafts, water activities, ice skating, as well as open day activities every Thursday. Additionally, the art & Educational Center will be hosting different programs for children during 24th March – 11th April and for teenagers during 31st March – 11th April. The list of activities will include a large number of classes in arts such as painting, collage, language classes, greeting card design, jewelry design and weekly trips.

“The club hosts different camps throughout the year in line with the schools holiday, aiming for children and teenagers to spend an amusing and constructive holidays in a safe environment. During the years we have continued to develop and increase the list of activities and that is after a series of studies and research emphasizing the positive impact on children, mentally, intellectually and physically. This year, the spring camp included 3 facilities of the club to help offer a variety of activities for different age groups, where the sports department increased the number of activities in water and ice skating sports due to the large turnout and demand in the previous camps. In addition, the art & educational center will continue hosting weekly trips and provide creative workshops for children and teenagers. We hope we were able to offer a variety of programs which aims to satisfy our campers, whether in sports, arts or education”, said Alya Al Harmoudi, Head of Business Management.

It is worth mentioning that Spring Camp, held by SLC in 24th March will include various activities for children during 5 days a week up to 11th March.
