Sahara Centre has scheduled a sizzling summer of surprises that have been specially created to enthrall its customers. The popular Sharjah lifestyle and leisure destination has combined two major events on the retail calendar into one to offer an extensive array of in-mall activities, as well as two great automotive prizes and a package trip to Germany to be won in the promotion ‘TAKE THE WHEEL LIKE NEVER BEFORE.’

Pulling both its Ramadan and summer promotions into a single activity this year, Sahara Centre has scheduled an event that starts on June 12 and runs until August 31. Up for grabs during the two-month long campaign are two Audi R8 performance cars, with an additional prize of a package trip to Germany for a couple to visit the Audi car factory and museum.

The first draw for one of the Audi R8 sports cars will take place on July 21 at 10pm, with the draw the second car and the draw for the package trip taking place on August 31 at 7pm. The raffle competition is open to anyone spending AED 200 or more at the mall’s outlets during the promotion.

Sharjah Centre is not forgetting the FIFA World Cup either, with the world’s largest and most popular sporting competition taking place during the mall’s promotion timeframe. Between June 12 and July 13, World Cup matches will be shown on wide screens at the centre’s new restaurant area at the East Atrium.

For those who are not so keen on the on-pitch action but still want to enjoy a bit of World Cup-related fun, the centre will feature a range of themed activities from June 15-27 in its Promotion Area.

With more than a nod to the country that is hosting this year’s World Cup, Sahara Centre will be putting on Samba Parades and demonstrations of Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music for a fascinating display. There will also be a World Cup Exhibition.

With so much in-mall entertainment, two top-of-the-range Audi cars and an Audi automotive holiday to be had, World Cup football on big screens and a host of Ramadan deals, Sahara Centre is without doubt the coolest place to be this summer.
