As part of the shjSEEN initiative to raise awareness for Sharjah as a key destination for entrepreneurs and education, shjSEEN hosted the UAE’s biggest Happiness Class on June 4th, 2016. The event was held at Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and saw over 100 participants from the public and media, who were treated to a variety of activities and challenges, practicing skills and emotions to strive to become happier people, to promote and spread happiness and positive energy.
shjSEEN’s aim is to help people discover their own personal meaning of happiness and guide them to achieving it. In a fun and challenging afternoon, participants went on a journey to discover and practice key happiness aspects such as: relationships / trust and support; flow and mindfulness; gratitude; kindness and forgiveness.
shjSEEN’s first pillar Activate, seeks to organise and promote bespoke activations and entrepreneurial activities to strengthen Sharjah’s position as a desirable place to invest, work and live. The UAE’s biggest Happiness Event hosted in Sharjah continues to strengthen and contribute to the culture and community in Sharjah.
