Bee’ah, Sharjah’s leading integrated environmental and waste management company, launched the first-of-its-kind mobile application which aims to provide users quick and better access to its services.
Designed to provide ease of convenience, raise service requests and identify locations for recycling, the innovative mobile app was launched on October 18th at the largest regional IT exhibition - GITEX Technology Week. The development of the mobile app is part of the company’s goal to provide users with rich, unmatched customer experiences facilitating interactive two-way communication.
The launch took place in the presence of Khaled Al Huraimel, Bee’ah’s Group CEO, a number of Bee’ah’s top officials at the stand of Sharjah e-government.
The location-based mobile app enables users to place requests, find nearby locations for recycling, stay up-to-date with latest news and events, access Bee’ah’s store to purchase eco-friendly products and also download collateral and useful reports.
In addition, the app’s current range of key features includes a commercial tab that offers new and existing clients refined services for commercial waste collection, confident document destruction, environment consulting services and much more.
The app also includes the ability to raise a complaint or book a slot for specialised collection such as bulky waste with the ability to upload a relevant photo and geo-tag your location.

While the mobile app provides users the ease of use and access to online following, it will also help the concerned departments at Bee’ah to address these requests at the press of a click. The mobile application can be installed for free on tablets, smart phones and computers from the App Store or the Google Play store. The coming soon sections will be updated shortly. More features and services will be added to the app on a regular basis.
