H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree No. 25 of 2018 on Organisation Manual for the stages and procedures of issuing legislations at the emirate.
The new Decree stipulates that the Organisation Manual shall be adopted by central government entities, decentralised and semi-governmental bodies, who must adhere by the Manual when requesting the issuing of legislations by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah or his deputies or the Executive Council of the Emirate.
The Decree shall be effective from the date of issuance, other competent authorities should implement its provisions, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
