Anchor Allied, a subsidiary of M’Sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, and the largest manufacturer of adhesive tapes and specialty adhesives in the Middle East, has won the award for ‘Best Company in the Industrial Sector’ at the Sharjah Pioneers Awards, which was held recently at Millennium Hotel in Sharjah.

Anchor Allied was selected for the award for its outstanding business achievement and for its contribution in raising the investment profile of Sharjah. Ahmedali Nalwala, Managing Director of Anchor Allied, received the award from H.H. Dr. Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammad Bin Khalid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Secretary-General of Sharjah Awqaf General Trust.

Anchor Allied is the largest manufacturer of adhesive tapes, silicone and acrylic sealants, aerosol paints, lubricants and car care products in the Middle East, and holds an estimated 60% market share in the UAE. The Sharjah-based company sells its products in more than 55 countries including in the GCC, Eastern Asia, Indian subcontinent, Africa, Eastern Europe, Russia, North America and South America.
