Alif Investments, the exclusive franchise partner of the renowned designer wear label “Junaid Jamshed” launched the second “J dot” boutique in Sharjah’s busy Zamzam Market last evening. The boutique was inaugurated in the presence of Chief Guest, Farid Al Hamoodi; Junaid Jamshed, the entrepreneurial designer of “J dot” retail chain, senior officials from Alif investments, other VIP guests and media. Interestingly, the opening coincided with the unveiling of Junaid Jamshed “Lawn Exhibition” scheduled from 21-23 April, 2011 at the J Dot outlets in Bur Dubai and Sharjah.

“After a successful stint in Bur Dubai, other emirates were our next destination. We are appreciative of the demand of fashion connoisseurs from Sharjah and hence it is the natural progression for J.dot’s dynamic retail growth in the UAE territory. We plan to open 50 outlets across GCC in coming 5 years" said Mr. Arif Abdul Aziz Memon, Chairman, Alif Investments.

Speaking on the occasion, designer and former pop singer, Junaid Jamshed said, “The store immediately communicates the scintillating atmosphere and vibrant mood. The new lawn collection proves that simplicity in style makes the most timeless statement. J.dot boutique has always showcased collection that reflects the artistic pedigree and allows customers to make style statements, Lawn collection resonates the same.”

The boutique features a full range of readymade, hand woven apparel along with exclusive unstitched fabrics. The collections in various categories for women, kids and men are cut to perfection highlighting the exquisite inimitable eastern embroidery.
